What is Global Hack Week September 2023?
Global Hack Week is a week-long hacker festival. You can expect to complete challenges, hear about BIG community announcements, chat at hacker hangouts, enjoy fun live sessions, build technical projects, and make new memories.
You are in for an adventure featuring workshops, fun mini-events, challenges, panels, and more. These will help you to earn experience points no matter what level of hacking you are at, whether it’s writing your first lines of code or creating a multi-faceted project.

What is a Guild? How can I be a part of it?
One of the best parts of our community is that it allows people to meet and make connections with others, regardless of where you live. guilds are smaller communities within Major League Hacking. Whether you come in with a guild or not, you won’t be hacking alone.
Who organized Global Hack Week?
Global Hack Week is organized by Major League Hacking (MLH). It is our mission to empower hackers worldwide by providing them with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed.
Requirements
Your challenge submission must be completed within the submission period.
When relevent, your code must be available in some sort of public repository.
If you're continuing work on an old project, you MUST specify in your Devpost what was worked on 1) before this day of Global Hack Week September 2023 and 2) during this day of Global Hack Week September 2023.

Applications are better with data! Connect a DigitalOcean Managed Database to an App Platform application.
Collaborative Code with Replit
Host a collaborative pair programming session with a friend. Try taking turns "driving" and "navigating". Be sure to use Replit's chat and threads functions to create the ultimate synergy! Once you're done, publish your project to the Replit Community with the #MLH tag.
Replying to Text Messages
In Day 5, your application will learn to understand Twilio webhooks, and pull out the contents of text messages sent to your Twilio number.
Create a Party Playlist Project
Create an application that lets a group of listeners send songs to queue for everyone. You can do this through any platform you’d like. Make sure to submit your hack on our Devpost, and get your dancing shoes on.
Redesign Your Favorite Website
Ever been frustrated with how a website was laid out? We want you to pick any website and imagine a new layout for it. You can simply draw it out, wireframe it, or even write the HTML/CSS if you’d like.
Build a Data Visualization
Data science is one of the fastest growing fields in tech. There are so many different ways to visualize data. It can be as simple as a graph or as complex as a piece of art.
